How long does it take to fill my order?

The standard lead time is 2-3 weeks for items without engraving and 3 weeks for items with engraving. If you need a faster turn around time please send us an email or give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I order I size other than what is listed in the drop-down menu?

Yes! And we can do ½ and 1/4 sizes. If you need a size other than what is listed please select the nearest whole size and then add the actual size needed in the notes section on the checkout page.

Why do you not offer 18kt white gold?

Good question. The issue with 18kt white gold is that it is not white. Since gold is yellow additional metals are added to the gold to make it look whiter. In the case of 14kt there is enough alloy to make the metal mostly white. With the higher karat there isn’t enough alloy to make the material really white so a white coating is added to it. This is a relatively thin coat of metal (called rhodium) which wears off over time. So rather than fight the nature of the material for those who want a white metal we suggest 14kt gold or platinum.

How are packages shipped?

We ship via USPS priority mail.

Can I get my rings engraved?

Yes, engraving is $10 per letter/character. Please write what you would like to have engraved in the notes section at checkout. Please indicate if you would like to have the engraving on the inside or outside of the ring. Also, please let us know if you would like to have script or print or any other special instructions. You can also email or call to discuss the options.
